Meet Jenny

Life doesn’t always turn out the way we’ve imagined it.  I have life experience on each end of the spectrum including love, trauma, loss and love again.  I’ve explored, learned, and found ways to pick up the pieces to create an even more beautiful, intentional life than what I could have imagined. 

As a Certified Intuitive Coach, I support, encourage, nurture, and love clients as they piece together their own beautiful lives.

With a knack for creating an accepting, safe space to share, grow and explore, my calm nature allows you to show up as yourself.

I have the skills to help you harness your creative energy and physically piece things together with your hands as you piece them together with your heart.  I have learned through quilting how to heal, to rejoice, to forgive, to love.  It can all happen in a quilt and it can all be something that you experience as well while in my Healing Through Quilting Programs.

I also offer one on one coaching sessions, and an online Rise Up series made up of meditations and healing processes.
